ppc: Use StrictHostKeyChecking=no
We're using UserKnownHostsFile=/dev/null to force ssh to use the fingerprint from DNSSEC, so StrictHostKeyChecking=no just prevents ssh from asking us to confirm the fingerprint. Signed-off-by: Matt Turner <mattst88@gentoo.org>
