Matt Turner 7f9d62eae5 ppc: Use StrictHostKeyChecking=no
We're using UserKnownHostsFile=/dev/null to force ssh to use the
fingerprint from DNSSEC, so StrictHostKeyChecking=no just prevents ssh
from asking us to confirm the fingerprint.
