Matt Turner eab429fee6 kconfig/powerpc: Update ppc32 kconfig 
Remove CONFIG_IDE support and enable all SATA drivers.
Also enable CONFIG_HW_RANDOM.

To use these builds, you need Gentoo's Catalyst tool.
