scripts: Remove cruft 
Presumably these were used once upon a time when catalyst builds were
done on infra-managed boxes (where puppet/chef made updating things
difficult).

This is the repo of the Gentoo Release Engineering team, used to host build specs.

To use these builds, you need Gentoo's Catalyst tool.
