Removing quite a few options for things that are not needed during install and changing a few things from modules to being built-in, which will cause them to take up less space since many modules appear twice on the CD.

Remove all splash-related items from the specs since we don't have a new splash theme for 2008.0 to use. Also, removed CONFIG_ATA_GENERIC from the AMD64 specs, since it tends to cause problems when it binds to a controller before the non-generic drivers.

Created releases directory structure and imported the 2008.0 specs/kconfigs that I've been using for testing. They very likely don't work, as is, since I uncommented nearly every package so we can determine which ones are masked or otherwise have compilation problems.
