Masking net-dialup/penggy, app-misc/beagle, and several kernel module packages on AMD64, fixed kconfig location on AMD64, and removed sys-fs/cryptsetup from all spec files since it is pulled in as a dependency and doesn't need to be explicitly listed.

Removed devfsd and vanilla-sources-2.4 from distfiles and changed vanilla-sources to gentoo-sources, since it'll pull in vanilla's distfiles, anyway.

Changed profile to 2008.0 from no-nptl, removed 2.4 kernel options, and removed GCC 3.3, since it was only needed for 2.4 building.

Created releases directory structure and imported the 2008.0 specs/kconfigs that I've been using for testing. They very likely don't work, as is, since I uncommented nearly every package so we can determine which ones are masked or otherwise have compilation problems.
