Revert "ia64: Better an initrd without lvm2 than no installcd at all" 
genkernel tries to build lvm2 in any case, even if it will be disabled.

This reverts commit 9d868b1b0f.

this helps actual CD booting on macs
10 seconds is a reasonable delay
