Chris Gianelloni 8ee6fcfdbe Re-create /etc/fstab in the fsscript and add code to local.start to copy the kernel/initramfs from the CD's root and rename it to what was built by genkernel and expected.

Chris Gianelloni e58ec65cd4 Remove all splash-related items from the specs since we don't have a new splash theme for 2008.0 to use. Also, removed CONFIG_ATA_GENERIC from the AMD64 specs, since it tends to cause problems when it binds to a controller before the non-generic drivers.

Chris Gianelloni 2fa463cb9d Switch from grub back to isolinux. As much as this sucks, it's our best bet to fix a very large number of bugs in booting the media on AMD64/x86.
