Created releases directory structure and imported the 2008.0 specs/kconfigs that I've been using for testing. They very likely don't work, as is, since I uncommented nearly every package so we can determine which ones are masked or otherwise have compilation problems. svn path=/trunk/; revision=392

This directory has a local copy of the Gentoo Handbook for this CD. For the
latest version of the Handbook for doing an installation completely from the
media on this CD, go to http://www.gentoo.org/doc/en/handbook/2007.0/index.xml
